Our fundamentals class is designed for those with no previous experience in martial arts. Instructors thoroughly explain and demonstrate each technique. This class combines both very basic, fundamental techniques with dynamic drills and situational sparring so that you can apply what you’ve learned in a live scenario.
Our advanced class covers more complex techniques that require prior knowledge of jiujitsu to execute. It often includes chaining together various techniques and more advanced concepts. This class also covers competition strategy. Each class ends with high-intensity, situational sparring or full sparring.
